What we learn is pretty much equivalent to what we store in our long term memory after a
learning session. This website advocates for the use of spaced repetition to store more
information into our long term memory so that new learning is more efficient.

I have been using Obsidian for all of my notes recently and I
really enjoy it. My favorite part is that I can create links between topics in my notes, and
move back and forth through the notes space. I also like that I'm not tied into a specific piece
of software, and I feel confident that if for some reason Obsidian was to go away, I could write
software that would look at the plaintext markdown files that underly it, and I would retain the
capabilities.
